KALS & CALS

Current & upcoming "alongs" where we knit or crochet the specified pattern along with you.  This is a great way to meet others, learn new tips and tricks, and enhance your skills.  Make sure to register for these events and come join us!

Knitting 101 - Learn to Knit

Dates:  Feb. 29 & Mar. 14

If you've always wanted to learn how to knit but haven't been sure how to start, this class is for you! It's designed with the absolute beginner in mind. We'll cover casting on, knitting, purling, binding off, and trouble shooting all while creating two mug rugs.

Class includes 2 sessions and meets once a week.

Knitting 102 - Learn to Knit

Dates: TBA

Are you ready to move on from the very basics of knitting? In Knitting 102, you will learn the skills needed to make a hat. This will include learning to decrease, knit in the round using magic loop, and how to measure your gauge in knitting to get items that fit.

Class includes 2 sessions and meets once a week.

Absolute Beginner Class (ABC) - Crochet

Dates:  TBA

Beginner crocheters will learn some of the basic crochet stitches like chain, single, half-double, double, and treble crochet, while also learning to read written instructions. The pattern allows crocheters to mix and match stitches to create a unique project.

Class includes 2 sessions and meets once a week.
